With more than three decades of experience in the hospitality industry, I have had the privilege of working across luxury hotels, international resorts, restaurants, cruise ships, hospitality training institutions, and food & beverage operations. My career has been built on a passion for guest service, operational excellence, food safety, and the development of future hospitality professionals.

Beginning my journey in hospitality in the early 1980s, I learned the importance of professionalism, teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail. Over the years, I progressed through a variety of operational and supervisory roles that provided hands-on experience in restaurant service, beverage management, hospitality supervision, customer service excellence, staff training, and food safety compliance.

My international experience includes working with respected hospitality organizations in hotels, resorts, and cruise line operations. These opportunities allowed me to work alongside multicultural teams, serve guests from around the world, and develop a deep understanding of global hospitality standards and service expectations.

Throughout my career, I have remained committed to continuous learning and professional development. My qualifications include Certified Hospitality Supervisor (CHS), ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, Food & Beverage Management specialization programs, sanitation management training, and numerous hospitality development certifications that support operational excellence and guest safety.

Food safety has always been one of my strongest professional interests. I believe that protecting guests through proper food handling practices, sanitation procedures, hygiene standards, and safety awareness is one of the most important responsibilities within hospitality.

Today, I continue to contribute to the hospitality profession through training, mentoring, educational content development, and workforce development initiatives. My mission is to share practical hospitality knowledge, promote food safety awareness, encourage service excellence, and support the next generation of hospitality professionals.
